Conan the Barbarian, the movie version, is a bit different than the literary Conan.  He was captured as a child and forced to work a mill in Vanaheim.  Realistically, this is silly.  He would not develop the complete musculature that he did.  But symbolically, it was pretty cool.  The mill represented school.  Conan is a child who was chained to school, made to around in seemingly useless circles, yet developed skills (muscles) to be used when released to the dog-eat-dog real world (the gladiator pits represented the working world).

Anyway, Conan built a huge musculature by walking around in circles pushing a mill.  In D&D terms, this means nothing but a good strength score.  He then was put into gladiator pit fighting.  I am supposing he gained three levels of Barbarian during his pit fighting days.  This is completely arbitrary on my part, so feel free to argue the point.  He then was sent to be trained in the Orient.  I will say he gained two levels of Fighter there.  He then was released and he picked up theiving to survive (but at this point has no real rogue abilities).

Combat

Rage
: Once per day, Conan can go into a rage and increase his Strength and Constitution by +4, and gains a +2 morale bonus to Will saves.  He suffers a -2 penalty to AC.

Fast movement:
Conan's speed is increased by +10 feet when wearing no armor, light armor, and shields.
