Siishilsenessin began his life as a half-blood yuan-ti (snake arms and snake tail instead of legs).  He took up the priestly class due to early displays of inordinate wisdom.  After he became a Cultist, his devotion to Merrshaulk became unwavering.  Foul visions invaded his dreams, and his mastery of rituals eventually won him entry to the Second Circle, a senior rank of service within the cult.  He underwent a painful, night-long ritual that transformed him into a human-headed abomination.  He continued his path, rarely leaving the temple warren hidden deep in the jungles of Inzeladun and eventually found his way into the Inner Circle.  Mastering the Inner Circle, Siishilsenessin transcended his mortal essence and became an emissary of Merrshaulk.

Spell-like Abilities: 2/day - Animal Trance, Cause Fear, Deeper Darkness, Entangle, Neutralize poison, Suggestion, Polymorph Other. (8th Level Sorcerer DC15+Spell Level)

Psionics (Sp): All Yuan-Ti can produce the following effects at will.
Detect Poison: As the spell cast by a 6th-level sorcerer.
Alternate Form: The yuan-ti can assume the form of a Tiny to Large viper. This ability is similar to a shapechange spell cast by a 19th-level sorcerer but allows only viper forms. A yuan-ti in alternate form uses its most powerful poison attack if it has two.
Chameleon Power: Yuan-ti can change their coloration to match their surroundings.
Produce Acid: The yuan-ti can exude acid from its body, dealing 1d6 points of damage to anything it touches. The acid becomes inert when it leaves the yuan-ti's body.
Aversion: The yuan-ti creates a compulsion effect targeting one creature within 30 feet. The subject must succeed at a Will save (DC 21) or gain an aversion to snakes for 10 minutes. Affected subjects must stay at least 20 feet from any snake or yuan-ti, alive or dead; if already within 20 feet, they move away. A subject can overcome the compulsion by succeeding at another DC 21 Will save, but still suffers deep anxiety. This caused a -4 reduction to Dex until the effect wears off or the subject is no longer within 20 feet of a snake or yuan-ti. This ability is otherwise similar to antipathy as cast by a 16th-level sorcerer.
Chant of Pain: At will, as a full round action, he can dance and chant in a sinuous sacrament that deals 3d6 damage to one living creature within 60 feet (Will DC 30 for half damage).
Chant of Agony: Three times per day, he can dance and chant to deal 9d6 points of damage to a single living creature within 60'.  A will save DC 30 halves the damage.
Chant of Death: Once per day as a full round action, he can dance and chant to slay one living creature within 60'.  A Will save DC 30 allows the creature to take 6d6 points of damage instead.

Spit Poison (Ex): Fortitude save (DC 19); initial 1d6 Con and secondary damage 2d6 temp Con.  Although Siishilsenessin has a human head and cannot bite, he can spit his poison in a ten foot cone.

Skills: Yuan-ti using chameleon power receive a +8 circumstance bonus to Hide checks.

Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, a snake-headed abomination (all of them in this village) must hit with its bite attack. If it gets a hold, it can constrict.

Constrict (Ex): An abomination deals 1d6+6 points of damage with a successful grapple check (using the bite attack bonus if snake-headed) against Large or smaller creatures.

Inner Circle: Siishilsenessin can transform humans into tainted ones or broodguards, tainted ones into purebloods, purebloods into half-bloods, and half-bloods into abominations.  He gains a +10 bonus on Diplomacy and Intimidate when dealing with other yuan-ti, and gains a +10 bonus to Knowledge (Religion).

Sticks to Snakes (Sp): Once per day, Shilsenessin can transform 1d4+20 sticks (arrows, torches, staffs, etc) into snakes.  See Savage Species, page 98 for more details.

Snake Darts (Sp): Siishilsenessin has ritual tattooing of snakes on his tail.  Three times per day as a standard action, he can launch these tattoos against opponents of medium range, hitting automatically, dealing 2d6 points of damage, plus poison (Fort DC 46, 1d6 Con damage primary and 2d6 Con secondary damage).

Greater Psionic Focus (Su): He adds +4 to the DC for all saving throws against his innate psionic powers.

Unhallow (Sp): He can cast unhallow once per week as a 20th level cleric.

Command Reptiles (Su): He can mentally command all snakes and reptiles within 30 feet at will, resembling dominate animal as cast by a 20th level cleric.

Unholy Aura (Su): He can use an unholy aura once per day as a spell cast by a 20th level cleric.

Voice of Merrshaulk: He can command other yuan-ti at will, as a dominate monster cast as a divine spell by a 20th level cleric.
