Xallilugriordell is part of an illithid cult, and shares power with another illithid over a small group of illithids who operate in the Alisander area. Recently he was recalled to Xallistemious. Xallilugriordell is in charge of architecture and in examining the tunnels that run beneath all of Alisander. He looks like a typical illithid, except that he has severe burn damage on one side of his head and along one tentacle. He wears a goggle on one eye to enhance his vision.
He is extremely intelligent. He likes to fidget with things, and always wants his hands to be busy. He fancies himself an inventor. He believes in law, and that laws can be twisted to his advantage if he knows the laws well enough. He does not consider the law of a thrall race to be meaningful. He is diplomatic when dealing with other illithids, but will rarely even speak to a thrall race. He expects his slaves to understand his body language. He is a master of building and architecture, as well as an alchemist.
