This is Lord Komaaks as he appeared during the Sixth Age.  Known also as Kozad Jardak, he founded the empire of Lamapacher and led a mighty Orcish nation.  Lord Komaaks, standing at 7'10", was a half-ogre.  On his back you see his sword, Jothstra, a mighty frost brand Greatsword.  On his feet are his woolly mammoth moccasins, which were also Boots of Striding and Springing.   The Plate Mail could change color (from blue to black to silver gray) and the helmet protected him from psionic attack yet allowed him to maintain telepathic contact with his henchmen.  He was the Champion of Chaos.  He was the Doombringer.
