Kara Sharyss, the Erinyes

Sharyss, a servant of Larbius the Gelugon, is an erinyes who seduces men and women to take their souls to Hell.  Sharyss seeks to tempt mortal into depravity.  Incredibly beautiful, her feathery wings are the only indication of her devilish origins.  She is very adept at tempting mortals.  She frequently travels to Inzeladun unsummoned.  She is naturally 6’0” tall, but can vary her height.  She is one of the rare devilish spell casters and is a 6th level sorceress.  She is even more rare in that she is an augmented spell caster.  Her spells are of a decidedly sexual nature.  She has recently, after the course of her most recent adventures, decided that Issic and Seth are the worst of betrayers and she has vowed to see their souls corrupted one way or another.

Spell-Like Abilities: At will: animate dead, charm monster, desecrate, invisibility (self only), magic circle against good (self only), major image, polymorph self, produce flame, see invisibility, suggestion, and unholy blight. These abilities are as the spells cast by an 8th-level sorcerer (save DC 18 + spell level). An erinyes also can teleport without error (self plus 50 pounds of objects only) at will as the spell cast by a 12th-level sorcerer.

Charm Person (Su): An erinyes can charm a humanoid creature with a look. This is not a gaze attack, and the target need not meet the erinyes’s eye. The ability has a range of 60 feet; an affected opponent must succeed at a Will save (DC 23) or become utterly loyal to the erinyes. The victim will do anything to protect the erinyes, even if that means slaying his or her companions or facing certain death. The ability is otherwise similar to charm person cast by an 8th-level sorcerer.

Entangle (Ex): Each erinyes carries a stout rope some 50 feet long that entangles opponents of any size as an animate rope spell cast by a 16th-level sorcerer. The erinyes can hurl the rope 30 feet with no range penalty.

Summon Devil (Sp): Once per day an erinyes can attempt to summon 2d10 lemures with a 50% chance of success, or 1d4 barbazu with a 35% chance of success.

See in Darkness (Su): Erinyes can see perfectly in darkness of any kind, even that created by deeper darkness spells.

Telepathy (Su): Erinyes can communicate telepathically with any creature within 100 feet that has a language.

Tongues (Su): An erinyes has a permanent tongues ability as the spell cast by a 12th-level sorcerer.

Alternate Form (Su): She can assume any humanoid form of Small to Large size as a standard action. This ability is similar to the polymorph self spell but allows only humanoid forms.  While using this ability, Sharyss gains a +10 circumstance bonus to Disguise checks.

Fiend's Favor (Su): Once per day, a fiend of corruption can grant a touched critter a +3 bonus to one of the critter's ability score, stacking with any other bonus, lasting for one day.  When the effect expires, the creature takes a -3 penalty to the same ability score for the next day.  Another application of fiend's favor not only negates the penalty, but restores the full bonus.  Fiends of corruption are quite free with this gift at first, then the price gets higher and higher until power hungry characters are willing to do just about anything in return.

Suggestion (Sp): She has the ability to use suggestion three times per day.  The saving throw DC is 23, as a 6th level sorcerer.  If the victim is already charmed by the fiend, the victim takes a -2 penalty to the save.

Mind Shielding (Su): A fiend of corruption is immune to detect thought, discern lies, and any attempt to magically discern its alignment.

Mark of Justice (Sp): Once a victim is living an immoral life, the fiend uses mark of justice to ensure the victim does not return to her old ways or seek atonement.

Fiendish Graft (Su): Once per month, a fiend of corruption can bestow a fiendish graft of symbiont on a willing mortal.

Major Creation (Sp): She can use major creation three times per day as a 6th level sorcerer to offer concrete temptation to mortals whose tastes run to material wealth and finery.

Geas (Sp): She can use geas/quest once per day.

Temptation (Su): She has the ability to offer good creatures the opportunity to change their alignment to evil, working like the redemption of temptation function of the atonement spell, and she can use this ability whenever the opportunity arises.

Grant Wish (Sp): She can grant a wish to a mortal once per day, costing her experience points as if casting the spell, often using it as part of a soul bargain (see below).

Soul Bargain (Su): She can enter into a binding agreement with a mortal at the cost of the mortal's soul.  The mortal victim must enter into the soul bargain willingly.  See Fiend Folio, page 204 for more details.

Spells: Sharyss is a 6th level sorceress.  She can cast six zero level spells, seven first level spells, six second level spells, and four third level spells per day.
