Elah the Elf is a well known mystic.  He normally travels in Lamapacher, but has been recently in Nyandar.

A 5' 6" Gray Elf, he always dresses in a white cloak, and white clothes (including boots).  His gloves are black.  He has a familiar named Ruva Pa; a white, albino ferret.  Elah has blonde hair that is almost white or silver.  His eyes are gold in color.  He wears a white Pouch of Accessibility, a white Belt of Accessibilities, a potion of healing critical wounds, potion of spell resistance.

He has a philosophy that forbids him from killing sentient creatures native to the Inner Planes.  He has no qualms about destroying undead.  He travels with a halfling disciple named Hobsen, and usually a multitude of followers can be found around him, listening to his words of wisdom.

Combat
Elah almost always casts an enchantment spell at the beginning of combat, such as charm person.  His most famous spell is Nystul's Radiant Arch.  If forced into melee combat, he fights with  a staff.

Spell Casting: Elah can cast 6 zero level, 8 first level, 7 second and third level spells; 6 fourth level spells; and 4 fifth level spells.

Darkvision: Elah has darkvision to a range of 60 feet.

Feign Death: Once per week, the mystic can Feign Death for up to 24 hours, awakening at any time.  To use this ability, the Mystic must concentrate for 1 minute.  It is impossible to distinguish this state from death.  The Mystic can still smell, hear, and know what is going on around him, but no feeling or sight is possible.  Any wounding or mistreatment is not felt and no reaction occurs.  Damage is only 1/2 normal.  Paralysis, poison, or energy draining cannot affect the mystic in this state.

Spirit Form: Once per week the Mystic can transform his consciousness into a ghostly spirit form.  The spirit form has the appearance of a misty cloud in the shape of the caster (or his totem animal).  The spirit form cannot attack, speak, or cast spells, but in can fly at a movement rate of 60 and can pass through the smallest opening or tiniest crack.  The Mystic's spirit form can travel an unlimited distance from his physical body as long as it remains in the same plane of existance.  The spirit form is invulnerable to all attack forms but dispel magic or something similar causes the spirit form to instantly return to its body.   While in spirit form, the Mystic's physical body remains comatose.  The body is subject to all regular attacks and sufferes damage normally.  The spirit form can remain away from the body for up to 24 hours, but once it returns to the body, the Mystic revives and cannot use his spirit form for another week.

Levitate Self: The Mystic can levitate and float himself, moving with a forward movement rate of 10.   It takes one full minute of concentration to activate this ability.

Walk on Water: As the spell "Water Walk" (PHB 271)

Feed the Multitudes: As the spell "Create Food and Water" (PHB 189)
