Garnoth Tilgarn the Ranger Lord is one of the most famous rangers of Inzeladun.  He has traveled with Xanath Darksword, Sir Raloth of Itsitlawikanah, and Lady Kia of Hrothton. 

Garnoth Tilgarn fell in love easily, having crushes on most women he met.  However, his wandering ways kept him from remaining long in any one area.  He also had a unique knack for attacking last in a round and putting in the killing blow against enemies his party members had wounded.  He is often accompanied by a satyr, 5 treants, and a brown bear.   He often rides a friendly hippogriff, but more often rides a heavy warhorse with plate barding.

He speaks Nyandarian, Indorian, Odhyrran, Orcish, Ogrish, Drychtnothian, and Ingaran.  He was born in Indor, and was about 42 years old when he died in 7 VIII.  He was killed by a flesh golem created by Dr. Dalby.

Combat
Garnoth prefers melee combat, but is more than willing to engage in ranged combat.  His bastard sword is detailed below.  His masterwork mighty composite longbow (+7) was a gift from the elves for a deed he did for them.  It is valued at 1200 gold pieces.

Spell Casting
: Garnoth can cast 2 divine spells each of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level for a total of six spells.

Favored Enemy:
Garnoth has three favored enemies.  Giants (+3), Plants (+2), Aberrations (+1).  The bonuses apply to Damage Rolls and the following skills: Bluff, Listen, Sense Motive, Spot, and Wilderness Lore against those types of creatures.

Psionics:

Numal:
+2 keen bastard sword, giant's bane.  (The weapon is +4 vs giants and does an additional +2d6 damage against them.  The weapon has a threat range of 17-20, although in Garnoth's hands it has a threat range of 15-20 because of his Improved Critical feat.  Numal is also intelligent.  It has a 15 intelligence, a 14 wisdom, and a 16 charisma.  It speaks Nyandarian and Giant.  It can locate object in a 120 ft radius, shoot a lightning bolt (8d6 damage, 200 ft range, DC 13), and Heal 1/day.)

Other magic items: +2 banded mail breastplate; Potion of water breathing, ring of fire resistance, Guantlets of Ogre Power, Ring of Underwater Action and Breathing, and a well of many worlds.
