Thigru Thorkisen was Komaaks' first henchman.  He was born in Ingara and is descended from Kronos I, pharaoh of Khemt and incarnation of Set.  He wanted nothing less than to be the greatest and most powerful mage in the entire world.  But the mage orders in Ingara wanted sorcerers, those born with an inner spark of magic.  Thigru lacked this inner spark.  He joined a witchcraft coven and began to learn the fine arts of magic by negotiating with supernatural power.  He was one of fifty interviewed by Lord Komaaks to join him and his Orcs.  Although Thigru was the least talented, Lord Komaaks chose him, probably because he was the most driven.  Lord Komaaks purchased Thigru's place in the Grey Robed Order, and he learned Tower Magic.  Thigru later learned defiling magic and tactics in Drychtnoth and was permitted to wear the Red Robes of the Warlords (Komaaks made sure Thigru wasn't brainwashed).  Thigru gained the Codex of the Infinite Planes and was on his way to becoming the most powerful mage in the world.  Thigru later broke away from the Gray Robes and founded the Blue Robed Order.  After Lord Komaaks' death, Thigru joined forces with Yam ibn Saud.  Thigru destroyed the Zakharan city of Qadib.  Thigru died when Sprakxorclerat was destroyed, but the Twilight Gathering believes that his lich still exists as Kherit.

He was a powerful mage.  His familiar was a large owl named Wendel.  Thigru could communicate with any owl and was often surrounded by a bank of fog.  He used owls as spies.

He had a philosophy of "bounce the rubble", or complete overkill.  If a lower level spell would suffice, then a higher level spell would obviously be much better.    He would routinely use the most powerful spell he could in a given situation.  He was the personification of the corruptiveness of power.

Combat
Thigru always casts the most powerful spells he can.  If a lower level spell can get the job done, then there must be a higher level spell that can do it better.

Spell Casting
: Thigru can cast arcane spells as an 20th level wizard.

Detect Magic: Thigru can cast this as a spell like ability at will at 10th level of ability..

Summon Alien (Sp) When Thigru casts any summon monster spell, he summons a "pseudonatural" version of the monster chosen, a creature that dwells past the eons that lie between the stars, beyond the planes as we know them, nestled in the far realms of insanity.

Combined Levels: Add the Alienist's levels to the levels of any other arcane spell casting class he has when determining the level-based effects of spells.

Alien Blessing: Thigru applies a +1 insight bonus to all his saving throws, but permanently lost two points of wisdom.

Metamagic Secrets: Thigru listens to the voices whispering from beyond time's end, and has profited thereby.  The voices have given him the metamagical feats of Augment Summoning and Spell Penetration.

Mad Certainty: Thigru gains +3 to his hitpoints, but developed a phobia against a special kind of creature.

Extra Summoning: Kherit can cast one extra 9th level summoning spell per day.

Insane Certainty: Thigru's mad certainty has crystallized into a truly chilling mania.  He gained three more hitpoints, but his phobia intensified.

Timeless Body: Thigru has learned the secrets of perpetual youth.  No longer suffers penalties for aging, but when he reaches the end of his life span, he will be stolen away by horrible entities and never seen again..

Transcendence (Su): Through long association with alien entities and intense study of insane secrets, Thigru is considered an Outsider.  Damage Reduction of 20/+1. Electricity Resistance 20.  Most are not aware, but Thigru actually has an arm and hand growing out of his chest.

Defiling:
Thigru could cast spells via defiling prior to his possession of the Codex of Infinite Planes.  After taking possession of that artifact, Thigru could no longer do this.

Martial Weapon Proficiency: Thigru is proficient with the longsword.
