Lady Xaroni is one of the wives of Lord Xathurst Garmund.  She studies philosophy, sociology, and art.  She spends a lot of time collecting art and seeking out artists and philosophers.  If approached politely, she is generally a rather pleasant lady.  She is not shy about nudity or sexuality, and often likes to shock the ladies of Xorgarmundat with her dress (or lack of it).  Lady Xaroni lives in Xorgarmundat and watches over Lord Xathurst's estates there.  Her elderly housekeeper is also a werewolf.  She effectively runs the town from behind the scenes when Lord Xathurst is away.  She is also the only one of Garmund's wives who sought out Garmund.

A young lady of noble birth, she was always restless for something she couldn't really identify.  She loved poetry, and wrote many, but most of her poems were macabre at best.  She also dabbled in drawing and painting, and studied under the best artists of the time.  Again, her subjects tended toward the macabre.  She met Lord Xathurst and it didn't take long before she figured out he was a vampire.  Young, she had a romantic vision of vampirism, and felt it was a marvelous form of immortality.  She approached him and begged for his "dark gift".  Lord Xathurst agreed and made her one of his brides.

Recently she was captured by Ariella and Xarmiya for rebelling against Garmund, but Garmund ordered her to be released.  She continues to reside in Xorgarmundat.  She works to have Lord Xathurst placed on the throne of modern day Drychtnoth.

Combat
Lady Xaroni usually tries to avoid combat, as she prefers to seduce her victims.  But she is perfectly capable of using her undead strength in her slam attacks.  In her youth, she studied martial arts with a Godman of the Mountain that was staying as a guest of her father.  This has given her the ability to shatter weapons with her bare hands.  She inflicts double damage when she strikes an opponent's weapon.

Domination (Su): Lady Xaroni can crush the will of an adversary just by looking into his or her eyes.  Anyone the vampire targets must make a Will save (DC 25) or fall instantly under her influence.

Blood Drain (Ex): Lady Xaroni can suck blood from a living person by making a successful grapple check.  If Xaroni pins the foe, she drains blood, inflicting 1d4 points of permanent Constitution drain each round the pin is maintained.

Children of the Night (Su): Lady Xaroni commands the lesser critters of the world and once per day can call forth a pack of 4d8 dire rats, a swarm of 10d10 bats, or a pack of 3d6 wolves as a standard action.  These critters arrive in 2d6 rounds and serve Lady Xaroni for up to one hour.

Create Spawn (Su): A humanoid or monstrous humanoid slain by Lady Xaroni's blood drain attacks rises as a vampire spawn 1d4 days after burial.  A humanoid or monstrous humanoid slain by Lady Xaroni's Con drain returns as a vampire spawn if it had 4 HD or fewer, or as a vampire if it had more than 4 HD.  Either way, the new vampire or spawn remains enslaved until Lady Xaroni's death.

Damage Reduction (Su): Lady Xaroni's undead body is tough; she has damage resistance of 10/silver and magic

Turn Resistance (Ex): Lady Xaroni has a +4 turn resistance.

Resistance (Ex): Lady Xaroni has cold and electricity resistance of 10.

Gaseous Form (Su): As a standard action, Lady Xaroni can assume gaseous form at will, as the spell cast by a 5th level sorcerer, but can remain gaseous indefinitely and has a fly speed of 20 with perfect maneuverability.

Spider Climb (Ex): Lady Xaroni can climb sheer surfaces as though with a spider climb spell.

Alternate Form (Su): Lady Xaroni can assume the shape of a bat, dire bat, wolf, or dire wolf as a standard action.  

 Fast Healing (Ex): Lady Xaroni heals 5 points of damage each round so long as it has at least 1 hit point.  If reduced to 0 hit points or lower, Lady Xaroni automatically assumes gaseous form and attempts to escape.  She must reach her coffin within 2 hours or be utterly destroyed.

Lady Xaroni likes to dress in frilly dresses, but she isn't shy about nudity either.
