Does the
GSL really carry a "poison pill" clause that forbids companies making
GSL-based products from making any
OGL-based products?
If so, will there be an exception to allow for the continued sale of existing
OGL products indefinitely, so long as no more are made?
Also (if the "poison pill" clause is there) will there be language to prevent companies from creating subsidiary/sister companies to publish
OGL products while the main company publishes
GSL products (or vice versa)?
Also (if the "poison pill" clause is there) will there be penalties for companies who make
GSL-based products, and then produce an
OGL product?
Also (if the "poison pill" clause is there) is there a chance it could be limited solely to products that reference the d20 or Modern d20 SRDs in the
OGL Section 15, rather than extending to the entire
OGL?
EDIT: Will the
GSL allow for certain parts of third-party products to be used in other third-party products? That is, will certain sections of third-party books be similar to "Open Game Content" that others can re-use?
