Yes - and it has been done for games like Action and Spirit of the Century. However, I would recommend using Creative Commons because we don't know yet how the
GSL will affect the
OGL (IOW, using the
GSL might stop people from using
OGL in the same product but it won't stop people from using CC in the same product).
