Violating the GSL is any way can potentially damage WotC (according to them) and they then have the right to see damages. What those damages are, and what their legal costs are, depend entirely on WotC.

As an extension of that, if you tell me that any game is the same just because you roleplay the same, then as far as I am concerned, you don't get the point.
By the way, I think 4E is a good game. It is easily one of the top 20 RPGs ever. I just don't even play the whole top 10. |
