While I really like Wall▪E, I cannot say that I liked it more than the Incredibles or Ratatouille. However, it's definitely better than Cars.

I was hoping for more from this movie; I don't know why, but IMO, it wasn't as good as I hoped it would be. The first half of the movie was incredibly funny — the second half not so much.

The movie has a lot of political and social commentary imbeded into it — almost too much, in places. The commentary didn't ruin the movie for me but it did make the movie less enjoyable for me.

The "personalities" of the various robots are definitely the best part about this movie. And how those "personalities" change after meeting Wall▪E made me laugh.

I give Wall▪E a 7 out of 10. It's a good movie with fun characters, but it needed more to make me think it is worth of being nominated for Best Picture.
