| I'm just an amateur web designer (I designed and code the website at my work). It seems to me that you don't know what you want or need.
I think you probably just need to produce you need right now which is static xHTML pages and a custom logo (with business cards). I think the CMS sounds great, but wait until you really need it before you shell out all that money.
That way your webpage will be finished sooner rather than later.
