I disagree. In effect, if you have a Pathfinder Barbarian with the "Rage" ability, you can still define "Rage" as in "3.5's Rage". The stats of the guy don't change. Same thing with Ki abilities.
As a DM, you can still apply 3.5's definitions if you want to. In many cases, that won't change the stat blocks themselves. In some others, that will alter them slightly, but not significantly enough to be huge issues in-game.
In effect, 3.5 is still in print.
