2) i.e. means "in other words"; e.g. means "for example". I think you meant the latter. When I picked "other D20 games", I explicitly do not mean True20, a game that does not suit me.
For me, I have 2 choices:
Pathfinder is my choice for my "D&D fix".
Fantasycraft will likely be my "generic fantasy gaming" go-to game.
