A) Abbaye is not specificly tied to the Grey King, however yes most of the slaves come from the Endless sea whether or not the slaves nationality is of the Isles.
B) The Fiend war tie in should be fixed for when the Tall Kingdoms fell. (Dont have a date in my mind)
Dates for this would be nice
C) It was made by Refugee Kylatti folk fleeing so the traditions, and cultural "tastes" of the Old Imperium still exist much the same as Egyptians still maintain traditional bread, and clay making from the age of Ancient Egypt, and as another example as the small time fishermen of greece still use the same net techniques, or the Pearl Divers of India still use there ancient Dhow to head to sea in. So the amount of Kylattism in the people here is a significant bit of fluff
IMO that I do not want to loose.

Annals of the City Good, then this still fits, first off the Daemons took control of the city in a small "riot" that displaced the Lord Mayor of Abbaye. 25 + later Felinor takes back the city in the name of the Grey King. Five generations later the "Don't ask, Dont tell policy has come into effect due to the over much amounts of fiendish heritage in the area.
