| I'm not a huge fan of NoScript, it kills a bit too much for me. It certainly makes your browsing safer, but I prefer FlashBlock. It just blocks flash objects from running, and you click them to play. It's got whitelisting too.
You should also take a look at Objection, which is a flash cookie cleaner. Did you know flash keeps cookies? Browser cleaning settings don't affect them.
