I should add a caveat to your question, Jack.

Spoiler:

The adventure makes two additional notations at different points with regards to the Feywild.

1) If, while in Moonstair, the PCs insist on going directly to the feywild through the Moon Door (moonstair's semi-active portal) and then travel to the Great Warren or Mross Kagg, they could do so (but the Moon Door is closed; it only opens during nights of the full moon when the sky is clear). In the Feywild, the Great Warren is not underground, but above ground, consisting of cliffs and crags and ravines.

2) If the PCs fail the skill challenge to open the portal/archway in the feywild starting area, then they are going to have to find another way through the cliffs to Mross Kagg. This would pretty much be climbing up the steep walls (Athletics DC 21) and traversing the paths.
