There are two kinds of Nothics.

The Gazer (artillery) has a rotting gaze. Ranged attack v Fort, target takes damage, slowed, -2 to attack rolls (Save ends both).

The Stalker (skirmisher) has a dazing gaze. Close blast 3 v Ref, target is damaged, dazed until end of the Stalker's next turn. The Stalker also gets +2d6 when it has combat advantage.

The gazes are at wills, and can't access their gaze power when blinded, and both have a Retaliate power: As an immediate reaction when hit by a melee or close attack, the nothic can shift and make a gaze or claw attack. Encounter power.
