Agreed! I actually have been flip flopping on whether to do this kind of setup or just convert over an early edition module or two wholecloth. Either way, I'm going for an old school style in
4E rules, so there's a lot here worthwhile to think about.
I'm keeping my eye on this thread, and when I have more time to think about it, I'll try to add something more intelligent to it
