Honestly, no offense, but this alone isn't enough to convince
WOTC to alter their
GSL to meet the needs you are expressing. If Clark at Necromancer Games can't get the changes done in time, I am not sure if justanobody can do it, unless you are a well credentialed, highly influential member of the RPG publishing community and you are just being modest.
