Talking about it is not what i was getting at. I know we've come a long way from the bad old days, when T$R forced sites to be closed down all over the Internet if they had some high school kid's character, or home made monster or module on it.
As a lawyer, and a guy who saw people burned before on this issue, I look at the worst case scenario. As it stands now, it could happen all over again with
4e material, the new
GSL, and lack of a license granting certain rights for the hosting of game materials for gamers' own personal use.
Even though I don't play or like
4e, I don't want to see that happen to other gamers. Then again, maybe I should hope that it does happen. The natural outcome would be for more people to go to Pathfinder or other non-
4e materials.

I don't think they'd be that stupid though...
