Yes, one can use the Runequest logo for free. There are more restrictions than in using the OGL without the logo, but it's still free. Yep, so you agree with me. I just found it a little odd for you to imply, and perhaps I took it the wrong way, that only WotC did this and a former d20 company (and a pretty big one at that) does allow it as well.
