I'll post specifics later today, but I will
definitely err on the side of a longer submission window since that is what the majority of interested parties seem interested in. Mob rules and all that
Do keep in mind that a longer submission window also means a potentially longer judging/review process. To offset this and maintain an atmosphere of "challenge" I may lower the bar for actual word/page count.
I'll sleep on themes, but (F)antasy is almost assuredly in.
