GSL = 4th edition license. As it stands, it stops you publishing 3rd edition stuff as soon as you publish a 4th edition product.
31 December is the apparent d20 licence termination point.
Not sure what you are getting at, but the current position is that
WotBS will be available under the
OGL (not the d20 license) until such time as En Publishing publish it under the
GSL - and they won't be doing so under the
GSL in its current form.
