| Salton City Needs Heroes! - Call Sheet (Roll Call)
Salton City NEEDS Heroes! Character Creation:- Characters will start with 100 pp at PL 6.
- Max trade off is +/-3.
- Max Impervious Toughness = 1/2 PL
- All ability scores over 24 must be Enhanced.
- All origins are accepted.
- Characters should not be optimized for combat.
- Banned Powers: Nemesis, Boost/Drain/Mimic/Nullify (4pp+/rank), Regeneration (faster than 1 round).
- NO SIDE KICKS.
Main Cast (alphabetical in order) Retired Cast (alphabetical in order) Supporting Cast:- Captain Superior. All American Hero. Despised by most.
- Richard Diceman. Executive. Producer of Salton City Needs Heroes.
- Emily Holland. Associate Producer of Salton City Needs Heroes.
