Any size or clearance issues I need to worry about? My case has the power supply mounted on the bottom of the case.
Size is a tight fit but it will fit a standard ATX cases. If your hard drive is mounted *right across* from your PCI slot - this might prove to be a problem - depends on how much your drive sticks out the back. I expect that if you have the room, moving the drive will easily solve this if you need to do so.

The 4870 is a double width card and will take up two slots on the back of your case. I expect this wil not prove to be a problem, but, just sayin.

As for the power supply, I'd grab this OCZ. They have a rebate deal going right now. If you do get the OCZ - be sure to print out the rebate form PRONTO as those things change all the time and can be a bitch to find and print out after the rebate ends. I have this PS and it has been a trooper. My luck with Antec supplies has been mostly bad. YMMV.

A 650 power supply occupies the same room as a 450. Mounting on the bottom will not be a problem. (I put one in day-before-yesterday on a bottom mounted case. Zero probs)
