Pretty good, from what I've played. I haven't had a lot of time with the single-player game, though, and probably won't for the foreseeable future (whattaya want? I'm still way back playing Zelda: Oracle of Ages (GBC), for pete's sake!)

Yes, you can do split-screen co-op (and split-screen co-op + online at the same time, since you can have up to 8 players in the co-op campaign), but it's it's own campaign that intertwines with the single-player campaign story.

R2 is like having 3 games in one (single player campaign, multi-player co-op campaign [up to 8 co-op players], multi-player modes [up to 60 players, some modes are squad based]).
