I don't think Dragonstar would work very well under the 4E paradigm. The 4E classes are locked into roles too tight for dragonstar - or at least, the selection of roles would have to be very different. With Dragonstar's very lethal ranged weaponry, the Ranger would simply outclass everyone else.

People say Twin Strike is badass with a bow. Try it with a laser!
