| Yes, radiant damage is like an elemental type damage (fire, cold, acid, poison, lightning, thunder, force, radiant, necromatntic.... i may be forgetting one or two). But, basically, it is just an element type of damage. some monsters have bonuses or penalties or take more or less damage from some elemental types of damage.. it depends on the monster.
proficncieny in simple military melee means yes when you use any of the weapons in that section grouping of you get the proficiency bonus to use it (yes, it is a large list). |
