Looks very nice. Remember however that there are no half-elves (or other half races outside Chaos) in Warhammer world so cut them out.
Oddly enough, there are references to half-elves, half-orcs, gnomes and some other races in Warhammer.. If you go far enough back, and look in Blood Bowl, Warhammer, Warhammer FRP 1ed, Mordheim, and Warhammer Quest.
Edit (after looking over the current version)
I don't know how close to the current Warhammer setting you want to go, so take these with a grain of salt:
If your game is Old World - centric, you might want to consider the following: High Elves are known as Sea Elves by many Old Worlders. Dark Elves are ALSO known as sea elves (just to add to the confusion), or elven corsaires. Neither are native to the Old World or encountered in any large numbers. Consider chaniging the Eladrin racial power to match the Elf racial power. It's more fitting for the setting.
You might want to consider making the ogre a playing race. They are more common in the Empire than High Elves, and while not respected, they are not seen in the same light as greenskins or Chaos. They are seen more as big, fat, greedy mercenaries.
..and I just saw the link to your discussion group. Well, I'll post this on here anyways.
