Rules Ship rules?

Are there any good ship rules that have been developed? I am using a larger scale than the typical 1"=5', and I'd love to reflect a larger range to accommodate. The scale will be about 1"=50' and I will be using the 'Pirates: the Card Game' ships.
Stormwrack is not what I'm looking for, as it has about zero for fighting at distance.

Adventurer's Vault contains rules for vehicles, and IIRC, there are also ships among them. The rules are pretty simple and straightforward, I think.

And I started an idea on using the 4E rules to create space combat rules:

Cool. I'll have to look at AV because I had the exact same idea that the OP did. I have a bunch of the Pirates CSG ships and am not happy with their rules and was looking for a way to turn it into d20. If that's already been done, I can put the kibosh and kitbashing it myself...
