Status Cards?

Has anyone seen or created a set of status cards (ongoing damage, immobilized, etc.) to hand out to the players?

I have a new set of little stand-ups (a sort-of tent fold thing) that I'm just about done with, and will be providing a link to shortly

Almost all of the Power Card sets have a set of status cards. Check them out on the Power Card thread.

I created a set based on Ander00 cards. I made them double sided encase you wanted to stand them up.

I also created marks for the board.

I also found some in Dungeons and Dragons 4th Edition Some are card size and another set folded into little tents that you place infront of you with one side telling you the penalties and the other telling your friends.

Here is a set I made up a while ago, if you are looking for alternatives.

I made some out of some cheap coloured poker tokens and some little stickers. Not got every status, but all the essentials and 4 different colours for ongoing damage.

Shrinky Dink Status Tokens

I made a set of status tokens to be printed on Shrinky Dink plastic (from Michael's or HobbyLobby). They turn out very durable, especially with a coating of spray gloss clearcoat after they are heated. If you are feeling less crafty, they also print fine on cardstock at 33% scale. The PDF file is here:

I'm cheap, with limited access to a printer, so I just use post-it notes. When a player gets a status condition, I write the condition and have him stick it on his shirt.
