Some simple house rules

Just some quick ideas on a couple of the more common issues:

2H Fighters are Underpowered
-Change the bonus to hit with two handed weapons from +1 to +2.
-If you also want to nerf bastard swords a bit, keep the bonus for two handed versatile weapons at +1.

Sure Strike/Careful Attack are too weak
-Give them normal stat increases to damage, and replace the +2 hit bonus with the ability to make two attack rolls and use the better of them.
-To distinguish them a bit, make the fighters sure strike use his wisdom bonus for hit and damage.
