I really like some of these, especially:
Primal Bard = Witch Doctor
Divine Warlord = Inquisitor (Especially good if you can have a warlord that really presses allies to assault and debufs foes for easy targeting)

K-k. some ideas:

Arcane:
Fighter = Runethane / Runeborn Warrior / Mystic Warrior
Ranger = Shadow Stalker / Stalker
Warlord = Battle Seer / (I keep wanting to say 'Voice of Mystra'...)

Primal:
Ranger = Pack-Master / Stalker / Tracker
Rogue = Lurk / Skinner ?

Psionic:
Ranger = Soulknife! (although this will eventually exist as a class)
Rogue = Mindweaver (confuses and disorients enemies with psionics to get combat advantage) / Leach/Mindleach (saps strength from enemies)

Oh, and of course-
Martial:
Wizard = Gadgeteer

(On the mystic/god-touched thingy: mystic sounds a little bit too passive to me. It also sounds like something you entered into with choice, rather than the 'you have the raw power of godsuff flowing through your veins' flavor that you get from sorcerers. If God-Touched is too close to your warlock pact, perhaps there are other options... Maybe 'Manifest', or Chosen, or even Godborn... )

Hmm, I like 'Chosen'. Has a nice, divine ring to it, with quality character hooks and ideas built in. Where you chosen from the faithful or the masses? Have you come to terms with your power? Did your power come from a direct divine incident, or from your bloodline? (Gods move in mysterious ways). Do you know who has chosen you? Is a god priming you for a purpose, or did the divine energy its self choose you? Do you have any idea of what these powers are and where they come from? etc...

Many options, many possible answers...

Ummm arent warlords ... leaders? them inquisition types threatening folks in to doing what they are supposed to do... now divine controllers and inquisitor that rather fits.

I still think we have insufficient psionics to do much with ;-(
but APS monk - an Arcane Monk moves and attack simultaneously with magic?

Love Chosen! it does sound more benign than God touched did.

The Battle Witches that taught warriors in ancient Celts were very Arcane... had raven totem used swords etc.. might be good one for an Arcane Warlord - Battle Seer not a bad name for them.

agreed about psionics. I have only completed 2 psionic classes so far, and don't plan to do any others until we have a solid grasp of the power source. The two I have are the barbarian, which models after the monk; and the fighter, which models as kind of a wizard with a ray and psychic damage (not exactly what we'd probably expect of the power source, but based upon the information about psionics in the illusion article and "races and classes."

I like the name suggestions, I'm definitely gonna use a couple of them. Chosen is a good descriptor over god-touched and mystic. I kinda pulled that name from Dragonlance, anyway, as the divine sorcerer type. Chosen is used as an epic destiny (Chosen of GodX), but meh. I agree we can have some bleed over without too much issue.

Morpheus: "No Neo. I'm telling you that when you're 30th level; you won't need anything."
