Recreating that 4e Preview PDF?

I really like the design and style of that fanmade 4e PDF that showcased the edition (cobbled together from Gencon experiences, if I recall correctly). Does anyone know how that PDF was made/what program was used? I want to use it for a project of my own.

(I think this is the closest thing to the right forum for this.)

Hi there,

If you are thinking of the Pre-release Rules Compilation that I put together 'back-in-the-day' with the help of many EnWorlders, I used MSWord 2007 to assemble the file, and 'printed' it to Adobe Pro (though many free pdf printers will work fine).
