| I prefer them. For my home campaign, I tend to rework most 10 level PrCs into 5 or 6 level classes that offer a set of choices at each level rather than giving everything over 10 levels.
Definitely more manageable for the PCs, allows for more interesting multiclassing as they can take organizationala dn non-organizational based PrCs more easily to blend into a new character concept, and if a PC needs to actually take a level of a class they don't have to meet the requirements, it usually still leaves them plenty of levels to achieve culmination of the PrC.
