Lost PrC reborn: Shirt Ninja

I couldn't remember all the details about the Shirt Ninja PrC I had before but I got a lot of stuff down... but I need some help building the class out of it again. I figured BAB (+0, +1, +2, +3, +3, +4) with only the reflex saving throw being "good." 1d8 (?) hitpoints a level. I'm not sure how well balenced this class is, or at what levels these powers should be given at, other than both shirt-fu and bokken should be at first level (along with something else too I think) and that Long-Sleeve-Fu should be 9th or 10th level.

Shirt Ninja PrC
-------------------------------
Stupidity has brought about many changes in the world. A stupid idea, carried to fullness can wreak havoc on civilizations or bring others to greatness. The stupid course of action is often least expected, and when taken, almost always disbelieved. No one takes the idiot seriously, and this can lead to over confidence. Because of this, to knowingly do something foolish and stupid can be a source of power.

Shirt Ninjas excel at stupidity. They don a mask, and although it may not be enough to truly cover their identity, it subconsciously frees them to do the impossibly stupid. With their shirts ceremonially tied around their heads, they leap about like idiots, using moves and lingo learned from their zen-like study of marital art movies.

---------------------------------

To become a Shirt Ninja, a kid must have the Brawling feat or equivilent class ability, 4 ranks in Tumble, 4 ranks in Jump, 8 ranks Knowledge (kung-fu movies).

Class Skills
Jump, Tumble, Knowledge (Kung-fu movies), Balance, Climb, Escape Artist, Hide, Listen, Move Silently, Pick Pockets, Spot, Hobby.

Shirt Ninja's get 6 + Int Modifier skill points a level.

---------------------------------

Bokken Proficiency
All Shirt Ninjas use a specialized weapon called a Bokken. Most are purchased through mail order catalogs or from local martial arts schools. A bokken is a medium sized sword made of a hard wood. Normal people use such weapons for sword training and weapon practice, but Shirt Ninjas wield them as dangerous weapons despite their lack of actual training. A Bokken is a medium weapon that does 1d6 damage with a critical range of 19-20. It weighs about 5 lbs. It can be used one or two-handed.

Shirt-Fu
Shirt Ninjas draw their power from their perceived anonymity. A person can only act like a complete idiot if they think they are getting away with it. It doesn’t matter if anyone else can or does recognize who a Shirt Ninja is as long as they feel their face is covered. The act of keeping ones face might also have something to do with the odd understanding Shirt Ninjas get from their kung-fu movies.

All of the following Shirt Ninja powers function only if a Shirt Ninja is wearing a shirt over their head with only their eyes peering out of the collar slit. Only a Shirt Ninja master may use long-sleeve shirts. Shirt Ninjas of lesser rank will refuse to wear a long sleeve shirt in such a manner, and would gain no Shirt Ninja powers if they did wear it. Cutting the sleeves off will suffice to make a short sleeve shirt.

Tying a shirt around the head in the ceremonial manner is a standard action that does provoke an attack of opportunity. The shirt used does not have to belong to the Shirt Ninja, or even fit. Many Shirt Ninjas prefer to use the shirt of their backs, becoming half naked for no apparent reason, but there is no penalty for using a second shirt.

Because a Shirt Ninja’s powers flow from active foolishness, taking the precaution of wearing armor completely disrupts their stupidity. None of the Shirt Ninjas powers listed bellow function if any armor is worn.

Speed of Stupid
Planning and considering options is not the way of the Shirt Ninja. Acting on a whim does make for acting faster. Shirt Ninjas gain an initiative bonus equal to half their Shirt Ninja levels, rounded down.

Subtitles
A Shirt Ninja can speak a special gibberish, where every word he speaks appears as words floating in the air near him. This text appears, poorly translated, into the native language of anyone who reads it. Illiterate characters can not understand the text, but do see strange symbols.
Anyone within 30 feet can easily see the words, but beyond that a Spot skill check is required against DC 5. For every 10 feet beyond 30 feet the DC increases by 1, so to read what a Shirt Ninja said at 60 feet requires DC 11, while at 100 feet the DC 15. The size of the floating text is constant regardless of how loud the Shirt Ninja talks. Some Shirt Ninjas use this to communicate nearly silently by whispering their gibberish.

Stupid is as Stupid Does
Fear is for those with enough common sense to realize they should be scared. Shirt Ninjas have no common sense. Shirt Ninjas are immune to all fear and fear effects.

Way of the Dodo
A Shirt Ninja’s ability to avoid being hit is directly proportionate to the ability to convey their lack of common sense. Shirt Ninjas gain a Dodge bonus to armor class equal to their Charisma bonus, if any.

Monkey Wrist
The Shirt Ninja’s bokken becomes an extension of the Shirt Ninja. When held in hand the weapon can not be disarmed. The weapon’s hardness increases by Ninja’s half the Shirt Ninja levels rounded down.

Ninja Strike!
During combat he Shirt Ninja becomes a bouncing ball of activity, darting and hoping about at all times. When making a standard attack action with his bokken he can move both before and after his attack as long as his total movement is not greater then his base speed. Moving in this way does not provoke an attack of opportunity from defender he attacked.

Long-Sleeve-Fu
The Shirt Ninja is now a master of shirt-fu and is permitted to wear the legendary long-sleeve shirt. Bokken attacks gain a +1d6 damage modifier as the sleeves on Shirt Ninja’s mask whip around to strike for extra damage.

Leap Without Looking
IThe Shirt Ninja make take 10 on his jump checks even under the stress of combat.
II Additionally, the maximum distance jumped is no longer limited by height.
III The maximum distance is no longer limited by character speed. Many Shirt Ninjas take to jumping instead of walking because of the increased speed in movement it provides.

Too Stupid to Watch
The Shirt Ninja may attempt to hide in plane sight by doing so in an absolutely foolish manner: darting behind something even as small as a potted plant, ducking in place, or even standing perfectly still out in the open. The Shirt Ninja can effectively make a hide check even if being observed and having nowhere to actually hide.

---------------------------------

possible level scheme:

1) Bokken, Shirt-Fu, Way of the Dodo
2) Stupid Is As Stupid Does, Speed of Stupid
3) Leap Without Looking I
4) Too Stupid to Watch
5) Subtitiles
6) Leap Without Looking II
7) Monkey Wrist
8) Ninja Strike
9) Leap Without Looking III
10) Long-Sleeve-Fu

PS: Monkey Wrist... Wooden Sword, **giggle**

As far as I know this was the first shirt ninja:
http://www.dragondata.com/~loki/shirtninja/

Many know it from this:
http://www.reallifecomics.com/d/20010523.html

The idea is a mix of those two, and the concept that they are people pretending to be ninjas, as they understand ninjas from kung-fu films. Essentialy people running around like idiots, but its cool because, they are ninjas.

Did you focus your inner insanity? did you meditate on old poorly translated kung-fu films? Do you know the names of all the special moves from "Legend of the Drunken Master" (US version released here even though it is a sequal, I think)?

Did you attempt to hind in absolute plan sight? (you'd be amazed how often then works in real life. lazer tag especialy)

Did you bounce around like an idiot? Did you talk in "bad kung-fu speak."

It would seem that you took the rank of Long Sleeved Master too soon grasshoper. When you may snatch the film cliche from my hand, then you shall be ready to don the shirt.
