Well, you already said (in the PDFers don't get to see revised under NDA thread) you were interested in checking out my (it feels ancient now) PDF: Joe's Book of Enchantment. Just thought I'd remind you. So this is not a plug. Ha ha!
I need sleep.

Down on the list: seemingly real close to releasing a notebook essential. It's in layout! Has been for months now. (Just nod politely so I won't cry about this.)
"I've never heard of the term Flavor lawyer..." -- Scribble
Well, how about some visuals?
Lets see for $17 you can buy all 3 of the Arcane/Vistas series and that gives you 164 pieces of reproducable artwork and handouts for your gaming world.
Did that work?

That's easy, grab Philip J Reed's books. I am sure there is at LEAST one, that any GM could use.
Construct Mechanus
Constructus is more specialized, but it could make for one hell of a foil :-)
101 Spell Components has some cool new rules, but again, pretty limited.
101 Mundane Treasures: More treasures. Very cool. Great for a GM.
101 Spellbooks Tomes of Knowlege and Forbidden Grimoirs. Probably my favorite.
In the Saddle, looks REALLY good. I have a friend that has it, and I like it. I plan on getting it soon.
Elements of Magic, also looks good, but it is more of a special use book, though, you could base your entire magic system, if you make a custom world, off it. I plan to use it for some NPCs, to make them quirky, and keep my players off-balance.
Book of Templates is pretty cool... I think you need to tweak some templates a TOUCH, or the CR... but they are very good.
If you have bards, Enchiridion of Mystic Music is very good. If you have a soft spot for martial artists... I would highly recoommend Beyond Monks.
If you like Psionics, get the recent stuff from Malhavoc, or Psionics Companion.
One that my friend really suggests, for the Paladin types out there, is Forgotten Heros: Paladins. He loves that book.
Swords of our Fathers looks really cool, though, it is pretty specialized. And, requires a bit more GM work, IMO, than the other pdfs above.
You also kind of have to mention all the Malhavoc products. The stuff is all above average, but you pay a premium for them, and then they come out a few months later, in print form. I personally think you are better off going with some of the above books.
Have you ever tried a 01 Games product? No?
Well try just one, I'm sure you will buy them all..

Well, seeing as how Forgotten Heroes: Paladin has already been mentioned, I don't suppose I'll bother plugging that one.
Our other products are:
Academy Handbook: St. John's College of Abjuration
A combined setting and accessory for wizards interested in abjuration.
Unearthed Adventurers: VolumeI
Fetauring two brand new classes, both of which will blow your socks off! A massive 90 page monster of a book that's practically entirely crunch!
Universal FX
a brand new freebie - 14 pages of a new magic system for D20 Modern. Pick it up for free anyway with whatever else you buy.
Maybe we can convince you that PDFs are of high enough quality to warrant your continued investment .
Book of Templates is pretty cool... I think you need to tweak some templates a TOUCH, or the CR... but they are very good.
Thanks for the unsolicited nod of approval, Rifter! We like the Book of Templates, too, but we're *really* biased.
(Begin gratuitous plug here)
BTW, there are two other good reasons to pick this up... It is on special now for $5.00 *and* you'll automatically get a copy of the Deluxe Edition when it comes out in a month or so (we hope!). So, it's quite a deal at the moment. (We're running the special in honor of GM's Day, March 4 - check out Creative Mountain's Website for more info on that!) The URL for them escapes me at the moment.
You also might check out our Races of Evernor products (Parts I & II). Each volume is full of PC races (12 new races each, plus 2 free bonus races per volume), features some great artwork (IOHO), and contains many extras (new feats, exotic weapons, and new spells). They're just the thing if you or your group like different PC races to play with. Both of these products are also on sale now for $5.00 a pop (another nod to GM's Day).
Other cool PDFs would include any of Phil Reed's stuff - it's very useable and quite creative. Not to mention the fact that with Studio Ronin supplying the art, it looks fantastic.
Malhavoc's product line is top-notch. Very solid mechanics and professional quality art & layout throughout.
Malladin's Gate produces high-quality content (I especially like the Paladin book). The visual presentation lacks a little, but the crunch and flavor mix is wonderful!
Who else? Oh, yes! RPG Objects's stuff. Can't miss there, either.
Just my $.02, anyway.
Cheers!
Ian

Hey Hal, I love you and all, but how do you sell out a pdf?
Yeah, I think I know what you mean, but from the way it sounds...

Man Chris punch me in the groin when I am not looking The print adventure is almost sold out we revised the look to match the layout of what we are doing currently and replacing a few maps as well.
Originally posted by d20Dwarf Your job, by then, is to convince me of which PDFs I should buy on my PDF shopping spree!
Let the endorsements begin!
All four of Darkfuries' floorplan series are in RPGNow's top 20 Best Sellers List. Visira, City of Sorrows, and the Maelstrom Campaign Setting series are also climbing the sales charts and getting great reviews.
If that doesn't convince you, there's a demo of each available for download here.
There's also product pages describing each book in great detail.
Speaking of your pdf's, will 101 Spellbooks be getting an update in the same vein as those for the other 101 books? I almost bought it the other day, but didn't want to get it before an update came out.
Also enjoyed Construct Mechanus! Great source of ideas! And only $3.00!
Yes, there will be an update. And the other two 101 books will be getting another update again soon.
First I'm finishing "Another 101 Mundane Treasures."
No reason not to purchase 101 Spellbooks before the update is available. I offer the the revised versions at no charge to those who already purchased a previous version. And since I have to pull material out for the next round of updates on all 3 currently available 101 books . . . well, it's in your best interested to buy them now. The OGL requires that I remove some information since the SRD was changed a few days ago. It doesn't say anything about every fan out there trashing the older PDFs and using only the updated ones.
I suggest you buy the top 10 products ever sold on RPGNow. Of course, since you said you already have all of Ambient's stuff (which includes Librum Equitis), and since you said PDFs and not software (like Fractal Mapper 6.0), and because you don't seem like the type of fella who needs floor plans, that means that you need to buy products:
#1 (by Nat20)
#3
#6 (by Nat 20)
#7 (by Nat 20)
#9
#10 (by Dark Quest Games, good friends with Nat20)
#11
#12 (by Nat 20)
#13
#14
(and if you feel like it)
#34
#35
#48
#50
I'm not hyping any of my own products per se, I'm just suggesting that you might want to take a look at some products made by the ENWorld community, and possibly buy them to help support ENWorld. Heck, as a special offer, available only today, if you agree to buy 5 Nat20 products, I'll give you a 6th one for free.
(psst, between you and me, this is really the only thing we've got going for us at Nat20: sympathy)

Post Haste?
The Enchiridion of Mystic Music. Now, I'm a bit biased , but IMO it's still far and away the best thing for bards out there (haven't seen the Quint Bard yet, but am anxious to see how it stacks up). It's 76 pages (well, 75 if you discount the OGL) dedicated to expanding and in a few spots clarifying the bard - especially as it relates to his music ability. If you use bards at all, this book is for you.
The Enchiridion of Treasures and Objects d'Art. Accomplishes several things: first of all, it has a huge variety of materials to make things out of - you can mix and match to get literally billions of "artsy" treasures (instead of the couple dozen found in the DMG). Secondly, it massively re-works the Craft rules (why does a one-inch diameter platinum sphere take a thousand times as long to craft as a one-inch diamter copper sphere in the old rules? This fixes that little problem) and allows great freedom - especially as it relates to Crafting unique items for your players. Thirdly, it puts forth a "new economics" system for communities to solve the "35 billion chickens in a city of 100,000" problem. Fourthly, it provides you with hundreds of ideas for "minor" magic items. Fifthly, there's a ten-page or so demo to look at so you can get some idea of what's in it. It's currently the #3 "hot selling item" at RPGNow.com
So, um, there's my sales pitch.
