RPGNow - Who decides what goes where?

For example -

Love Forlorn by Roc Games is for characters levels 5 to 6, so why is it in the High Level Adventure section?

Cold Vistor by LPJ Design for levels 6 to 8 is in Low Level Adventure.

Since there are only two sections low and high, and the standard level range is 1 to 20 (perhaps plus Epic) shouldn't Low be 1 to 10 and High, 11 or more?

So who puts things in the sections? Do Roc Games need teaching how to count?

RPGNOW has their own forums (although James does stop by here frequently). Why not stop over and voice your confusion/concern? This is the type of stuff I'm sure he'd appreciate hearing about and receiving input on.

The publishers have the ability to move their products in the correct categories. Although it is likely the product was placed there long ago when there were less categories.

I suppose ROC just isn't around anymore - not sure. They could move it. The 6-8 one would have been put ther by the vendor as we probably didn't put that one there.

In short, we setup the categories but the publisher choose which one to be in. We sometimes override them, but mostly we leave them to do what they feel best.
