Help for a community project

Hi, please forgive the intrusion.

I helped create a 3E free setting collaboratively with several other talented DMs, starting from the creation of the gods. In addition to being a free, downloadable setting, it is also an online community where DMs and players affect the ongoing accelerated timeline, places, etc.

We have a setting book done up in word and turned into a PDF, and regarding this I have two questions I thought the people here might be able to help with.

First, is there anyone who might be interested in taking the doc file from the upcoming revision and do a more, ah, professional job DTPing it as PDF? If not, what are the inexpensive options you've used with success before?

Second, are there any options you are aware of for a third party to accept payment directly to print on demand and ship, at cost, the setting guide for those who want a hardcopy with some sort of binding?
