RPGNow discount specials...

Original post deleted...

This was just an issue on someone learning about the RPGNow sales program.

No insult intended....good to see that this was a mistake and not a cheat.

With that in mind...go by the Magical Society - Western Europe PDF!

If you are reporting a bug on RPGNow, you should do so on RPGNow. Send email to webmaster@rpgnow.com and name the product (or paste the URL into the email). I do believe there is a 50 cent minimum on specials now.

I tink that the problem here is that a 8 crossed looks like a 0 crossed, the original price is probably $18 methink

You're probably talking about MMS:WE. When we take things off of a sale and set the price back to the regular $10, it still reads it as a special. I'm not trying to buck the system.

I think we're the only people who run sales that end, as opposed to most people running perma-sales. I think the updates to regular price have to be manually done or else they still appear as specials.

You have to hit the special button with an empty price field to remove the special. Joe's Book of Enchantment was on sale for $5 for a few months before being set to its full price of $6.95. Character Customization goes off sale ($7.95) to full price ($8.95) when I return from GenCon in July.

Maybe it's something to do with being "Joe"?
