You're how old? I try not to think of how my work looked at that age. -_-;
Hey, it's a start. My only advice to you is what every artist on the face of the Earth would give you: more life drawing. I know it's not something you wanna hear, but stop drawing quite so much mosters and dragons, and draw boring stuff. Still life, normal people right in front of you, architecture outside your window. Draw from life. You'll see the difference quickly once you start practicing what matters.

You'll see.
But hey, it definately is a start. One more thing . . . try to be more consistant with your webpage layouts if you plan it to be a portfolio site. Make it as clear as possible, use other portfolio sites as a guide. Take a look at what the professionals do.
Well, that's all. Good job, keep up your drawing!
