MacNab the rogue tumbles behind the last standing orc and with a wild swing of his blackjack knocks out the foul creature. “My shifty friend why did you spare this one when you gutted those others,” pointing to another half dozen corpses behind Quent? “We already know where they hid the chest, besides the village of Harkspur informed us they appreciate never seeing these creatures again.”
Bent over gasping for air, MacNab straightens up wary from the encounter. “Well… I was hoping you could, you know, cast your divine magic on this one that makes ‘em glow silver like the Astral Sea. Then I could strike it down and replenish some strength.”
“You never know, there might be more before we make camp on our way back to the village,” MacNab says with a smile.

- So what is stopping Players from doing non-lethal damage to monsters, tie them up after the battle, have the Cleric cast Astral Seal on a monster and then someone in the party killing it for the hit points? Rinse/Repeat until everyone in the party is healed to full or until no more monsters are alive.
- Why does basic magic armor cost the same as masterwork magic armor of the same type?
- Why does it bother me when Player A asks the DM for the monster’s Reflex score, then their Will score before deciding on which power to use?
- Is it really necessary to explain after each encounter (combat or skill challenge) how and why you decided this way rather than that way? Couldn’t you leave some mystery?
- I realize you enjoy making challenging encounters but do you really need to make them so difficult that we have to spend an extended rest after each one?
- Really, your character has 5 resistances to Fire, Cold, Poison, Necrotic and 10 resistances to Force along with an immediate interrupt power to resist 5 ALL once per encounter. And this character is only level 5?
- How the hell did you get an 8th level Pacifist Healer LFR legal for the next convention, when Divine Power came out less than a month ago? Oh…. you retrained some.
