Aura of Inescapable Radiance (Lumin Racial Feat)

I generally like the flavor that powers related to light (or radiance in 4e) are difficult to escape from completely. This feat gives a lumin PC an advantage when using radiant powers against an opponent in his aura of light.
Aura of Inescapable Radiance (Lumin)
Prerequisites: Lumin, Wis 15, Cha 17, aura of light racial power, paragon tier
Benefit: If you miss with a radiant power against an opponent in a square affected by your aura of light and you wouldn't otherwise deal damage on the miss, you deal damage to that opponent equal to your Charisma modifier. This damage receives no modifiers or other benefits you normally gain on damage rolls, e.g. from the Focused Radiance racial feat.
