Enduring Radiance (Lumin Racial Feat)

Posted 2nd August 2008 at 04:44 AM by FireLance
Here's another idea for a lumin racial feat. It effectively gives lumin PCs an at-will radiant attack if they do not already have one. It's more situationally useful, when the PC is fighting undead or other creatures vulnerable to radiant damage, or creatures resistant to his normal attacks (but not radiant damage).
Enduring Radiance (Lumin)
Prerequisites: Lumin, channel radiance racial power, paragon tier
Benefit: When you use your channel radiance racial power, your ranged and melee basic attacks gain the radiant keyword and deal radiant damage until the end of the encounter. You may end this effect as a free action.
