Wycen Goblin Sharpshooter (Lvl 2)
Bridge Troll

I got this Z-man game for my birthday and finally played it this weekend.

Basically you are trolls living under bridges, collecting tolls from those who pass, or, simply eating them if you are hungry. There are also dragons, knights and other hazards that may free your collected tolls or food.

Anyway, I set it up once. Set it up again and actually played one round, except that all the cards drawn were special cards, so I ended up walking off to eat and not coming back until it was time to get to bed.

Finally, got together with a couple of friends and gave it a try. We like the idea and I think it is cute game, but the confusion regarding scoring points versus upgrading your bridge, (to score more points later) left us scratching our heads. I think when I bring it to the Tuesday night group I'll append the rules into my Basic version before trying to explain the upgrade cards, (though there may be unintentially consequences). Definitely enforcing the grunt like a troll rule to see who goes first should make it fun in a public coffee shop!

Anybody else have experience?
