Encyclopedia Eldoria is our first d20 product. The world of Eldoria was the setting for the popular AD&D modules from Auran (including "Sanctuary" and the "Dark Awakenings" series). After popularity for these modules grew at various conventions, author Keith Done was asked about publishing the world setting. He continued to focus upon writing modules, and the campaign world book was never published until now.
Encyclopedia Eldoria is the campaign setting of those popular modules, and is forming the basis for a number of supplements currently in development.
Fudge is often referred to as more of a 'gaming engine' than a 'game system'. It was one of the first universal game systems available, and is currently the property of Grey Ghost Games.
Fudge allows the GM or game designer of the particular Fudge product to create attributes for use in their game, and what skills and gifts are available. Fudge is not really about (here are your six attributes, etc) as much as a method of action resolution after the GM/Game Designer has decided what attributes will be used in their specific game.
Character creation is based upon selecting ranks for attributes (rather than numbers, ranks are determined by descriptive terms such as good, superb or legendary). After selecting attributes, a player can select various gifts their character has (not too unlike 'feats' in d20). While special 'Fudge Dice' are available, Fudge also has a system for using a d20 or 3d6 for action resolution.
Game play in Fudge is very story driven, and tends to be more about "role"playing than "roll"playing.
