Necva was dead, of that there was no doubt. I had recently watched him get full on ganked by some kids in a crumbling tower. Still, there he was in front of me, body parts missing, but with some e-books in his spellbook. "Look, you're late. You're a humbug. Review these for the people." When that ole' liche tells you to make the people happy, you don't ask why, you just do it. I grabbed his spell book and began to read. Welcome to what was supposed to be the holiday edition of DM Guild Roundup. No random grab bag this month, but a selection of three holiday pdfs for you to run your crew through.

WOIN fans are in for a treat over on EONS, the official What's OLD is NEW Patreon, with the latest article SolSpace: A Brief Timeline. The first "official" look at the core science fiction setting, including a timeline and maps of known space.

Today I will be looking at the ENnie Nominated sourcebook Atlas Of Earth-Prime by Green Ronin. While it missed out on the top spots, this book has a lot going for it and I thought I'd break down where I think it shines and where it might could have been better.

This week we went exploring at the SPOD - exploring the world of maps for RPGs. Maps have been a treasured part of the hobby since the very beginning, when Dave Arneson took some basic graph paper, crafted a dungeon, and had his friends explore it in search of the daughter of the Elven King. That, my friends, was the true birth of the classic RPG experience as we now know it. To that end, here's a bunch of map-oriented products for the physical and virtual tables.

Hello everyone, Darryl here with this week's gaming news! GURPS comes to Drive Thru, new Star Trek product release while a Star Wars product line comes to an end, a bit of game industry history, and more!

Capers is the second RPG from Craig Campbell’s NerdBurger Games and it looks like it’ll be a whole lot of fun. Now admittedly I fall, very much, into their target audience for this one as I’m a big fan of super powered RPGs and also have a love of the 1920’s/30’s and gangsters. So the game is ticking all the right boxes for me. It’s the Jazz Age with Tommy guns and eye beams!

Fantasy Flight Games have announced Realms of Terrinoth, a new sourcebook for their Genesys Roleplaying System. Realms of Terrinoth is a fantasy campaign setting that explores the world of Mennara. Mennara has featured in a variety of FFG board and miniature games in the past, such as Descent: Journeys in the Dark, Runebound, Runewars Miniatures Game, and the recently released Legacy of Dragonholt.

Goodman Games announced at GaryCon last year a license with Wizards of the Coast to publish 5th Edition conversions of classic Dungeons & Dragons adventures, as well as reproductions of the original first edition versions. Today, Goodman Games have revealed the preliminary front cover design for Into The Borderlands as well as an interview with Chris Doyle, who converted both the adventures to 5th Ed.

Welcome back to our weekly look at tabletop roleplaying game, and accessories, crowdfunding roundup! Over on EN5ider, the 5th Edition patreon, the next part of the critically-acclaimed ZEITGEIST adventure path continues the party's investigations into the goings-on in Flint. Can they track down Hana "Gale" Soliogn; and what will happen when the investigate the foreign doctor, Wolfgang von Recklinghausen?

It is a new year. They already did the big lists of what everyone is looking forward to here at the site, and there are some great games on that list, but in this, my first column of the new year, I'm going to talk a bit about the things that I am looking forward to seeing, and playing, in the new year. None of this is in any particular order, just as it bubbles up into my rambling thoughts on things.

Here at EN World, I'm looking at all-ages tabletop role-playing games, board games, and card games. Do they engage the players at the kids' gaming table? Would they cut it at the adults' table? Are they genuinely fun for every age? My Little Pony: Tails of Equestria is an officially licensed RPG designed to let fans immerse themselves in MLP.

In a blast from the past, WotC founder Peter Adkison shared this photo (courtesy Alex Kammer) of a press release from back in 1997, which surfaced while going through some old TSR files.

It's been a while, but there's a new Unearthed Arcana from WotC's Mike Mearls and Jeremy Crawford. There are three new subclasses to playtest, including the Druid Circle of Spores; the Fighter Brute; and the Wizard School of Invention.

Before the rise of TSR and its premiere game, Dungeons & Dragons, Avalon Hill was the dominant force in the tabletop gaming industry. Avalon Hill has since been absorbed by its competitor and is now a wargame brand of Wizards of the Coast. How did it comes to this?

Today I am going to discuss a destroyer of kings and armies, slayer of nations, stealer of lives and maker of orphans and widows. Yes, we are talking about pestilence. Plagues and diseases have reshaped human history and there is much that we can adapt for worldbuilding purposes.
